No official HCSO page was verified as a rolling 72-hour release list. The sheriff's browser-based inmate page sends users to a mobile app, and HCSO describes that tool as a jail arrest log and current-inmate search. The agency does not publish the app's release fields, update cadence, archive span, or a three-day filter on its web material. A commercial recent-booking page is not a sheriff release list and should not be used to fill that gap.
A three-day review is still possible through maintained public records. Florida's GS2 schedule recognizes a Commitment and Release List for each 24-hour period. Requesting the existing daily lists for three named dates can reconstruct the range without claiming HCSO offers a live 72-hour feed. The request should also seek how the person was released and any receiving agency, since leaving HCSO custody does not always mean returning to the community.
Check Hardee County Three-Day Releases
The safest range uses calendar dates, not a vague phrase such as “the last few days.” Determine which three dates cover the needed period, then follow each official record channel. A weekend that crosses a month boundary should list every date. Use these steps:

HCSO does not promise a fixed fee or turnaround for the ordinary record, and extensive work may lead to a lawful service charge. A response may redact exempt or confidential material.
A broad request can take longer because locating, reviewing, and redacting three days of records may require more work than producing one named release sheet. Supplying the exact dates, facility, and known booking numbers narrows the search while leaving the custodian to identify the responsive existing records.
