Terms Sent Through Search
When a name, place, or other term is entered into a search box, that query is transmitted to the third-party search provider that operates the tool. The provider processes the request under its own policies. Hardee County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Emails and Other Messages
If you email us or submit a message through a contact form, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, court order, or another valid legal demand.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Ordinary server, analytics, and advertising technology may create technical records when a page loads. Depending on the service in use, those records can include:
- the internet protocol address used for the visit;
- browser name, browser version, and similar software details;
- device category and operating system;
- pages viewed and the approximate time spent on them;
- the referring website, when one is supplied; and

- receive a copy of personal data we hold about that person;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete information that no longer must be retained; or

These requests concern data held by this private site. An official Hardee County, Clerk, HCSO, FDC, VINE, or federal record must be addressed to the agency or provider that controls it.
